Dr Grosser was an excellent practitioner, he was calm and kept me a ease throughout the procedure. He and his team were very supportive explaining what they were doing and showing me the results after the completion of the procedure.
Given he had to deal with two emergency heart attack admissions during my time at the hospital he was the personification of calm.
