I have been under the care of Dr Kwan since suffering a stroke in August 2021. During the period to September 2022, I have seen Dr Kwan several times and found that his knowledge, experience and interest in the subject have helped enormously with my rehabilitation. He has been patient, listened carefully, and given excellent advice on diet and exercise and keeping an eye on my blood pressure. I have complete faith and confidence in Dr Kwan's care, and would recommend him very highly indeed.
