Dr Swales immediately put me at ease regarding the vasectomy operation. He explained everything in detail and very clearly yet in a way that was easy for a non medical person like myself to understand. The Operation was carried out efficiently and both the nurse and Dr Swales made me feel at reassured throughout the procedure.
