I met Dr. Swales first on the day of my Pre-assessment and he was so cool, calm and very professional. The way and manner he spoke to me put me at rest and all fear or phobia I earlier had for surgery disappeared. I went in with a grin on my face but came out smiling like a baby. On the day of the surgery, Dr Swales with his nurse assistant gave their best professional service to make my experience great. Never had a surgery before but I look like a pro on the ops table because I was been attended to real pros. I want to say a big thank you to Dr. John Swales and his able nurse for a job well-done. It went just as he said it will. I am grateful.
