Dr Swales was was very friendly, approachable and professional. He explained every aspect of the procedure before doing it.
I was left with not needing to ask any questions
I was actually seen at Cedars Surgery but could not change the surgery location.

Thank you. Do you mean that you would not want to have changed the venue of your operation or that you would have liked to but were unable to change the venue. Unfortunately I now only do vasectomies at The Cedars Surgery in Deal.. Dr John Swales
