A true gentleman, treated me as a valued individual. Listened, explained, reassured and when I didn't quite understand, explained again. I had total faith in Dr Swales. The greatest compliment I can give was that this NHS experience was the nearest thing to my BUPA experience, thanks to him. Outstanding
