Dr Griffiths has been outstanding. As the anaesthetist during my bilateral tonsillectomy he was incredibly calm, attentive and professional, both pre and post op (and during, I’d assume!). He’s obviously a brilliant doctor with a wonderful team, but most importantly he’s a kind man who genuinely cares about his patients. It was my first experience of GA and he explained everything, was reassuring and made the process seem very straightforward. Post- op he’s been keeping an eye on my recovery and has been on hand to support with pain management. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

My husband under went a bowel resection and he was very fortunate to have Dr Griffith as his anaesthetist. He is an exceptional doctor whose friendly and welcoming approach helped put us at ease during the pre op and reassured us that Mark was going to be well looked after. His care and kindness extended to where he kept in contact with me during the surgery letting me know that Mark was well which was brilliant. And he contacted me again after the surgery with an update and was available over the coming days for any questions I had. Excellent service and care all round!

John introduced himself to me on the morning of my operation. He was very friendly and very calming which was a great help. He explained everything that he was going to do in a way that was reassuring and understandable. His empathy and care was also demonstrated to my wife as he text her during the operation to reassure her that the operation was going as planned. I cannot recommend John enough.

Had an operation this week where Dr John Griffiths was my anaesthetist. He's a very friendly guy that put me at ease straight away. He explained everything to me before my operation and answered my questions. When I was on the operating table he made me feel at ease with the process, and kept talking to me about what he was doing as well. His post care has also been excellent - very communicative and supportive.

I recently had a TURP prostatectomy, I was fortunate to have John Griffiths as the consultant Anaesthetist. He has such a positive aura, that one feels so much at ease and comfortable, he is a pleasent friendly, caring compassionate doctor, gave enough time to me to discuss various anaesthetic options as I am a very high risk patient with ongoing COPD and heart disease. He is highly skilled and my op and post op period went uneventfully, I did not feel any discomfort during recovery and ICU care. He saw me every day post op to see how I was doing. I am ever so grateful for the excellent care he provided. He is an Super class Anaesthetist.
