Dr Parmer always explains things in depth, checks in on how everything is going and whether I feel any changes need to be made to my treatment/plans. I feel very well understood and that I can ask questions or for further information and that I will receive everything I need in a timely manner, and I feel well respected and listened to during my appointments.

As other reviewers have said, I felt that Dr Parmar was extremely professional and conducted an online video consultation extremely well. He has an extremely friendly and open manner and I felt that he allowed the consultation to flow freely with me raising issues and us jointly discussing treatment options and him listening to and accepting concerns I raised.

Had a phone review with Dr Parmar. Friendly, personable and asked lots of pertinent questions. Explained concepts and test results at a high level and did not assume that I wouldn't understand. Very attentive, good listening skills, didn't dismiss any suggestions or queries and took a holistic approach to care. Thoroughly recommend.
