Dr Lo Monaco has been extremely helpful during a personal health crisis. From the very beginning he was very understanding and willing to help, listening patiently and giving useful initial advice. In person he was very professional and thorough. The quality I appreciated the most was his ability to communicate in simple terms the diagnosis and therapy to follow. He got to the root of the problem without leaving anything un-investigated. This made me feel reinsured and in safe hands.
