I would highly recommend Dr Farida Bano, I received excellent care from Dr Bano. Not only did Dr Bono listen to my needs and concerns, she also helped me make an informed decision by giving me various opinions with regards to me care.
Dr Bano is very kind and truly cares about her patients need.

Dr Farida is one good gynaecologist that knows what she is doing she actually took her time to examine me and explained lots of things to me she is really good at her job thumbs up to her.

Dr Bano explained very clearly what she was doing and her professionalism inspired confidence. Both she and the nurse attending made me feel completely relaxed.

I am a nervous person and I do get myself in a bit of a muddle. Dr farida Bano and the nurse sorry I didn't get the nurse name .both lovely people and made me at ease . And make sure that I understood what was going on today. Thank you

I am a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a member of The British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP). I am an accredited colposcopist and a trainer.
I have a wide range of expertise in all aspects of gynaecology providing high quality care to women with general gynaecological conditions including colposcopy, urogynaecology, vaginal surgery, menstrual disorders, contraception, menopause/HRT and pelvic pain. I have published widely within the obstetrics and gynaecology peer reviewed literature throughout my career and frequently present my work in international and national medical conferences.
I have a wide range of expertise in all aspects of gynaecology providing high quality care to women with general gynaecological conditions including Minimal access surgery (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures including out-patient hysteroscopies), colposcopy, vaginal surgery, prolapse repair/pelvic floor repair, menstrual disorders, contraception, menopause/HRT and pelvic pain.
