Dr Bano is a great person to work with, a very good doctor with a holistic approach, sympathetic towards her patients and kind to colleagues. I feel it a privilege to have worked with her and I have gained a lot from her expertise and knowledge in all fields of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

I WORK ALONG SIDE THIS FANTASTIC DOCTOR FARIDA GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND HER ROLE WITHIN THE MATERNITY UNIT. I HAVE ALSO HAD DEALINGS ON A PERSONAL NOTE, AND WAS TREATED WITH THE MOST UPMOST CARE AND COMPASSION, FARIDA MADE ME FEEL TOTALLY AT EASE AND REASSURED ME.

Dr Bano has a warm and welcoming manner. She explained in detail what she was looking for and was very professional at all times. She explained the procedure she was carrying out and treated me with respect and understanding at all times. She advised me in detail how to look after myself in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends.

I am a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a member of The British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP). I am an accredited colposcopist and a trainer.
I have a wide range of expertise in all aspects of gynaecology providing high quality care to women with general gynaecological conditions including colposcopy, urogynaecology, vaginal surgery, menstrual disorders, contraception, menopause/HRT and pelvic pain. I have published widely within the obstetrics and gynaecology peer reviewed literature throughout my career and frequently present my work in international and national medical conferences.
I have a wide range of expertise in all aspects of gynaecology providing high quality care to women with general gynaecological conditions including Minimal access surgery (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures including out-patient hysteroscopies), colposcopy, vaginal surgery, prolapse repair/pelvic floor repair, menstrual disorders, contraception, menopause/HRT and pelvic pain.
