Excellent experience, felt reassured and most importantly listened to. Dr Farida Bano made me feel relaxed and confident that my problem had been thoroughly investigated.
Dr nano understood that i was nervous having seen the patient before me barely able to walk after her procedure. She explained what will happen and asked if was ok to continue. She was fairly quick and tried to make it swift and explained that she was almost done. Afterwards she sat me down and explained how things looked and told me how long before I get the biopsy result. Although this is a unpleasant procedure, Dr bano was mindful and respectful throughout.
I was looked after very well by Dr Bano and her team during my hysteroscopy being young and not having had any children I was really nervous about the procedure but Dr Bano explained everything clearly and she made me feel very comfortable. I cannot thank them enough.
Doctor did not take into consideration the amount of pain I was in whilst carrying out a procedure; she should have stopped immediately. I was screaming out in pain and she did not have any consideration for my needs. I would definitely not recommend this doctor for a gynaecology treatment.
Dr Bano is a very pleasant person to work with.
She treat people with respect and dignity. She is very polite and helpful to colleagues. She is soft spoken and very patient. She takes time to explain things to colleagues and patients.
She is very passionate about her job and hardworking.
