Dr Bano is very approachable and trust worthy. She looked after me with great explanation and care. The best thing I like about her is that she can be reached whenever I have concerns through her mobile phone. It gives me great relief. I highly recommend Dr Bano.
The doctor continued to see me until I was happy to be discharged. I was CC'd on any updates sent to my GP
I visited Dr Bano on a couple of occasions at Queens Hospital and she was very helpful and understanding of my condition. Also in attendance were caring nurses who also helped with my recent examination, making me feel relaxed and putting my mind at rest. Following the examinations, Dr Bano explained the care being given to me and clearly gave me the results, answering all questions I asked clearly and concisely which fortunately were all good.
Very caring and understanding. Really felt at ease and was talked through every stage
A fantastic, sympathetic Doctor. She made my experience less daunting. Making sure that everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would always trust Dr Farida and return to her every time.
