Dr Bano is profoundly brilliant and an expert. She is kind, patient and explains the facts sensitively in relation to you and what it all means. She works with pace to ensure you get the right outcome discussing all options. Dr Bano is also easy to talk to and approachable. She always keeps her promises e.g. if she says she will call you with the results, she does. I can rightly say that Dr Bano has been on the journey with me, and made it easier to understand my condition and the steps I needed to take.
