I was referred for a colposcopy. Dr Bano was very accommodating in making the appointment and was very communicative in arranging it and also afterwards. I felt nervous and unwell during the procedure due to nerves. She was very reassuring. She explained things to me in detail throughout and during telephone conversations after.
