Words cannot explain the amount of unneeded stress and uncertainty this Doctor has caused me. I was left in doubt and in disbelief with the amount of care I was given. Having already been diagnosed with endometriosis, I felt that Dr Bano completely disregarded any of my concerns and left me with no positive outcome and feasible options. On two occasions she was clearly not ready for me during scheduled appointments and was reading another patients tests results. It was also made very clear that she was more interested in money, as she clearly stated my appointment time was during "private" patient time and not NHS, at which point I was made to feel uncomfortable and rushed to leave. I honestly feel that there was no duty of care or compassion and would not recommend her to anyone.
