Adam made me very comfortable has a dad, asked me about my concerns, why I was here, what had happened and from when.... Explained the steps that was followed until that point and what will happen next, possible outcome and what they are looking for.... He also assured me about my son's condition and nothing to panic.
This made me relaxed and I know what expect next. The team around me nurses very professional and friendly... After me help to look after my son while I went to get his feed. They regularly monitored and treated with lovely care until his temperature was down/reduced. Once the x-ray results were out, doctor explained the health concerns and how they will treat.. he was discharged with medication.
Heart felt thanks to the whole A&E.

Friendly, engaged totally with what I was saying, knew and understood what I was saying and advised straight away what was wrong and what I could do. Also asked advise on another matter and was happy to advise. Went away feeling better for going to A&E.

Dr Jacques is a truly fantastic doctor. I have been a patient of his for a few years now both private and NHS after seeking him for a second opinion.
Due to his professionalism and knowledge I have been diagnosed and put on medication for which I am under his ongoing care.
Whenever I have questions or issues he is always an email away and I have absolute trust in the decisions we make for my care on an ongoing basis.
Cannot recommend Dr Jacques enough.

Dr Jacques inserted my ICD. He is obviously brilliant in his field, very personable, very kind and caring and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, (except when I slept through a lot of it!)
His lab team were also friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Thank you all of you for making this experience comfortable for me. | couldn't have been in better hands.
