Mr Hatrick has a polite, pleasant and calming manner. He explained the treatment options for my badly injured shoulder clearly, yet in great detail. The surgery was successful and has left almost no scarring. The aftercare has continued for six months and has been thorough and efficient. I am very grateful to Mr Hatrick for the excellent care and treatment he has provided. I cannot make any suggestions for improvement in the way Mr Hatrick has dealt with me.
