I found Mr. Hatrick particularly helpful in explaining what my operation would involve and what the outcome could be (including the possibility of anything detrimental). Post operation, I was given time to discuss any worries I had and was very thankful for the after-care I was given. During my final review, I was assured that if I were to have any deterioration of the outcome of my operation I could make contact again through my GP. I felt confident from beginning to end that I was in the best of care.
