Mr Hatrick was extremely caring and considerate. He listened and expressed in great detail in a language I could understand of my problems and suggested solutions from the very first appointment. He operated on my shoulder and followed it up with further treatment to ensure the job was successful. The overall result was excellent. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the hospital however to give them credit they did investigate my concerns and compensated me financially accordingly. Mr Hatrick is the best and would recommend him as his attitude to medical problems is second to none. A great surgeon. I'm more than pleased with my operation result.
