Mr Hatrick has now replaced both of my shoulder joints and has been very good on both occasions. My second joint was a difficult feat for the team as it had to be fitted differently to the first one but I had a good explanation of the process and the aftercare is second to none. I now have both shoulders with no arthritic pain and a much better quality of life.
