I came to Mr Hatrick in a difficult position just over a year ago having been in a lot of pain and needing a shoulder replacement at a young age. Having lost trust with previous consultants I cannot emphasise how professional and trustworthy I found mr Hatrick from the very first consultation. Given my circumstances I found mr Hatrick’s guidance and rational to be so useful in my path to getting better, at no point did I feel like I was being rushed through a process or just part of a statistic. He is very approachable, kind and is always willing to spend the time to listen to your questions or worries and answer/reassure you as best possible. As for the end result I could not recommend him more, he did a great job over two operations and I now find myself in a much better position to move forward with no pain. My only regret is that by the time It comes round to my final replacement, mr Hatrick would have long been retired from his career!
