Mr Hatrick was thoughtful, caring and put me at ease by giving me all of the details of the procedure. I was always given the option to go forward or pull out of the procedure at any time. The operation went like a dream and the aftercare was exceptional and I did not suffer too much pain at all. All staff were hugely supportive and professional. I was back to light duties within 3 weeks.
