I have never experienced such a great deal of care and effort before in the healthcare field. I felt listened to, understood and cared about the entire time. I had done a lot of research into my condition and felt confident in talking about it. I was not made to feel silly or small, or that I didn't know what I was talking about. My concerns and worries were met with reassurance and guidance from both Dr Khan and by my titration nurse Wioleta. I was always replied to on my case notes and always helped in regards to any questions I had. I wish this was the same in all areas of my experiences with doctors/nurses/anyone in the healthcare sector. I am really humbled to have experienced this. I feel very validated and very confident going ahead with my life knowing what I know now. Everything happened so quickly and easily for me and I am so so grateful for that after a lifetime of feeling like I need to battle everyone to get what I need. Now I know that I have ADHD and I am being treated... I feel like a different person. But in a good way. If you have any doubts or any thoughts about using this service...I absolutely emplore you to do so. I am so grateful to everyone for helping me. I no longer feel lost. Thank you so much. For everything. Emily.

I have spent years seeing GP's and psychiatrist's, receiving numerous diagnosis which never really fit how I truly felt. I was 42 when I was finally diagnosed with ADHD. I felt seen an heard for the first time in my life. Since my diagnosis my relationship with my husband, my children and myself has improved considerably. I cannot thank Dr Sambhi and Vicki at PUK enough. They listened to my concerns and supported me to find solutions. Titration was tricky and it has taken a while to find the correct medication and get the dosage right, but I'm there now. Vicki listened, understood and helped me every step of the way. Life with ADHD doesn't have to be so difficult. The staff at PUK will support you to find a solution that works for you. Thank you PUK, you have given me a compass, it doesn't always mean I'll find the right solution, but navigating life's ups and downs is certainly easier now. Thank you Vicki and Dr Sambhi, you have helped to make my life make sense! Lou. Midwife, Mum, Managing!

I am really happy with and grateful for the treatment I received through Psychiatry UK. Both my prescriber and psychiatrist were friendly, empathetic and eager to help. The whole process was very smooth and a lot quicker than I expected which was a huge relief. I highly recommend this service.

Very happy with the service my son received, they were kind considerate patient, engaging and listened to all our concerns about his diagnosis, kindly helped follow up on other pathways, provided helpful information, links and books etc, could not have wanted a more approachable and helpful team for my very shy teen.

I found the process from referral to diagnosis with Psychiatry UK straight forward. The resources on its website are extremely helpful and noticed a vast improvement in information (blogs, advice etc) on Adult ADHD and ADHD in women from when I first accessed the site in Summer 2021 to Summer 2022. The security on the site is reassuring and I feel confident that my personal details are safe. The site is easy to use although I am very familiar with technology. I preferred the consultations this way than a face to face consultation. Others may not be. The only observation for improvement is the length of time it took between referral and consultation, however, I understand that the pandemic had a big negative impact on people's mental health and access to PsychUK's service was unprecedented during 2020 and they had to recruit many more psychiatrists to deal with the demand. I would highly recommend Psychiatry UK under the right to choose.

My first nurse was not well suited to my needs and did not listen to what I said or offer helpful advice/recommendations. I asked to change nurses and this process was quick and handled smoothly and my second nurse was much more suitable for my needs and communication preferences. Some of the forms and procedures operated by PUK are confusing, not well explained, and/or redundant, but I appreciate that services like this which see a lot of patients for different reasons are restricted in what they can offer in terms of administration. Overall although I felt that the service could have been improved, I am very happy with my treatment and decision to approach PUK and feel that I received the treatment I needed.

I have come to the end of my care under Dr Sreenath and cannot convey how grateful I am for the care and attention I have received. In our virtual sessions he has been welcoming, reassuring and it has been easy to build rapport and a therapeutic relationship from the start. I feel that I have been listened to and understood throughout and have had prompt responses to any messages I have sent. I am in a much better mental state and feel that the treatment for my condition is going incredibly well thanks to Dr Sreenath!
