Very good staff and service. Prompt replies to messages. The only thing I would say is that logging in to the portal can be difficult and as an ADHD patient the steps involved you consistently forget to do it to check your messages or upload your stats for the week. A phone app may be a good idea. But this was overall a godsend of a service as in my local borough I would have had to wait for years to get to this stage. The nurse was so patient with all my medication side effects too.
