At every step of the way psychiatry uk were amazing.
Everything was explained thoroughly all information was easy to find and if I did have any questions staff were so helpful and quick to respond on the portal it was brilliant.
They were very thorough with the information they needed from me and my family, the psychiatrist I spoke to was lovely and encouraging. Very knowledgeable and understanding.
I have advised so many others to use psychiatry uk for such an amazing person centred service and care. I have even referred my daughter into the service I trust them so much to support her and evaluate her holistically without judgement or ‘putting words in her mouth’
Immensely grateful to be a patient and receive their help and guidance.
