Having suspected I was living with ADHD and needed assessment and diagnosis, I discovered Psychiatry-UK after online research. Their website proved to be very informative and offered a significantly faster opportunity for me to receive a medically professional assessment and diagnosis than the NHS could provide. The costs for this procedure were clearly laid out on their website and an appointment was made, the process for which was simple to do. Psychiatry-UK provided great communication throughout (it was quickly received and clear), and when I had to phone them with some queries, I was treated with respect and was provided with clear advice. The online system that they provided to me as a patient (a profile page, notes, schedules, invoices etc) was easy to use and easy to navigate, and this enabled both myself and the doctor to communicate with one another easily. The software used for my first virtual appointment with the doctor was easy to use and worked extremely well. Overall, I found the entire process of scheduling an appointment, attending the appointment and receiving all the information I needed was perfectly conducted and done in a very professional manner. I have now recommended Psychiatry-UK to a family member who I believe would benefit from their services.
