I have had my Right to Choose ADHD assessment and autism assessment with Psychiatry UK. They're a fantastic service. The wait times are reasonable and when comparison to NHS local services, exceptional. Offering assessments fully remotely is a life saver for someone like me to feel comfortable and accommodated during my assessment. The doctors are kind and professional. They treated me with the utmost respect and really made me feel like the expert in my own brain and experiences. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

Thank you for your wonderful review. As an online company, it is very rewarding to hear that patients find accessing our service remotely both comfortable and accommodating. It is also good to learn that you found our wait times reasonable. People's expectations vary, and we know that some patients are having to wait longer than we would like due to the popularity of our service. However, we are always working to try and reduce these, with an ongoing recruitment programme and regular audits to find ways to streamline our processes further.
