Patricks care was exceptional from the moment ne was diagnosed. I am his niece and carer and he was treated with dignity and respect at all times. He was also helped to take the positive approach. All of the team involed were professional and careful with my uncle. Above all throughout treatment and for years after we have Sarah to thank. She is always ready to help and answer any questions we had. She returns call asap, im sure her workload is busy but she never rushed or let us know that. Sarah knew my uncles case always and never had to be prompted. We have turned to Sarah on so many occasions for advice, confusion with other appointments, diet needs all sorts of requests and she always helps. Sarah is passionate, kind , considerate and respectful of confidentiality. She was the sole carer for us in the team.we relied on her for everything.
