I felt that the 3 staff, Mrs Lois Delchar, Dawn Dixon and Adeola Babayeju who treated my partner were very warm, approachable, understanding, Caring, and attentive.
It was a very positive experience and I hope that these staff are recognised for all their work and Interpersonal skills with members of the public.
I cannot praise them highly enough.

Mrs Lois Delchar was very professional, understanding, approachable and reassuring. She listened to my concerns enquiring about any previous history and thouroughly considered all aspects to give excellent care. She made it clear that she had the intention to gather all relevent information from other professionals that hold my records, in order to tailor the best possible investigation. I was very satisfied with my appointment with Mrs Delchar and would recommend her as someone who has respect and consideration for others.

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005. I enjoy my role in supporting women with menstrual issues who are referred to my own nurse-led clinics. I regularly attend courses and conferences to keep my practice up-to-date to ensure I deliver the best quality of care to my patients.
