From booking in at reception to leaving the hospital I felt well cared for. I was made to feel welcome, all staff were very friendly and reassuring and I was put at ease. Procedures were clearly explained and although the department was running a little behind, apologies were made and I did not feel rushed at any time. There were opportunities to ask questions. I was happy with my appointment and am not sure, apart from the timing, any improvements could be made. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic, all feedback is important to us and how we run our clinic. Unfortunately sometimes things do go a little but unexpected and delays can occur but it is good to know our staff recognized this and you were happy with our apologies and the service we were able to provide.

I was really nervous about my appointment but Lois and her lovely team put me completely at ease. She explained everything to me and told me what to expect - even the not so pleasant bits! - and told me that I could stop at any time. After my examination she went over my immediate results with me and advised that I would get the formal results by post in a few weeks, allowing for slightl delays due to the Christmas period.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with myself and my nurses during your hysteroscopy appointment. It is always nice to receive positive feedback and to know we are able to put ladies at ease especially when they are nervous.

On visiting the department was asked to go in by Amber, straight away was greeted by Lois and her colleague Katrina. I have never before been put at such ease by the way they worked as a team and interacted with me as a patient. All of the team, Lois, Katrina and Amber where very professional but at the same time seemed very concerned about my welfare and talked to me in a caring and compassionate manner. At no point did I feel as if I was not important to these professionals and as a team they work extremely well together and bounce off each other making my visit as comfortable as it could be. If I have to visit this department again I would ask for this team if you get a choice.Thank you very much.
