Mrs Delchar made every effort to make me feel at ease and explained the recommended procedure (hysteroscopy) very clearly. I was absolutely terrified and without her and her excellent supporting nurses I would have left the clinic without having the investigation.
The procedure was only slightly uncomfortable and the outcome a huge relief. Thank you Mrs Delchar.
