Mrs Delchar has a very calming and sensitive nature. She was very tentative and assured me that during the procedure, if I felt any pain, she would stop immediately. Thankfully, there was no pain felt at all. I was surprised when she said 'All done'!! I was very nervous at the start but her jovial attitude helped to calm me down. I wish more nursing staff were as upbeat as her and the other two nurses who were in the room with her. Very happy indeed.
