I visited Lois on 28 September for gynae examinations. She has a very soothing and understanding voice. Lois made feel very relaxed in what I would say, can be quite stressful. She is a sympathetic person and she understood my situation. Lois sat and patiently explained everything to me.
I would say, in my opinion, that Lois went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful to her and her team.
