I had a procedure done by Lois at the queens hospital firstly I was greeted by a lovely girl called Michelle and was made to feel very relaxed, When I was called for my procedure I was met by Lois and Dawn I felt totally at ease from the minute I entered the room the whole experience was very professional and although not the most pleasant I was made to feel relaxed they kept a conversation going which helped so much. Lois explained things clearly to me which was great, I was very impressed with all three ladies and thanked them greatly.
