I just wanted to say what exemplary care Kay has provided throughout each visit I have made to the Clinic. Her knowledge is outstanding and that together with her calmness and kindness makes an almost unbearable situation bearable. I have experienced some dark moments when the fear becomes overwhelming and I picture Kay telling me it’s going to be ok, that I will get through this and that she’s got me. She listens and takes all of my fears onboard and helps me to overcome them and understand them, without making me feel I am wrong. I trust her and that seems to have made a difference to me being able to cope.
