Although I met Heather through unfortunate circumstances (post-emergency surgery) I am so very thankful that I did. Heather is professional yet comforting and caring. I feel safe knowing that she is one of the healthcare professionals on my medical case. She ensures to fully explain any relevant medical procedures/information and takes the time to answer any questions making sure you never leave an appointment feeling overwhelmed or unsure about the information provided. Heather has a fantastic energy that will bring joy regardless of how poorly you are - it was always a pleasure when she would stop by my hospital room to check-in on me. Thank you Heather for everything you do!
