I have seen Stephen yesterday and he was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and approachable with excellent manners and listening skills.
Stephen came to visit my mother last Friday and I have to say he is definitely the "whole package" when it comes to care. Not only did he engage equally with myself and my mother he made sure my mother was always inclusive in all her care conversations and looked to me to fill in the gaps. Genuinely paid an interest not just in her but her background. He made my mother laugh and that deserves a commendation. Absolutely brilliant and from what I can see an "all rounder". Please, please, send Stephen to me if I have to call out a care professional!!!
I had not heard of a Nurse Practitioner before, but Stephen proved to be very thorough.
The Nurse was great and listened to everything I had to say and helped in man ways. Was very helpful overall.
