Very very poor. Did not listen to my wife with her UC problems. Always trying to pass the buck. She is supposed to be our first contact with the hospital but we've had to frequently go to the specialist direct. As there is a shortage of specialist IBD nurses she wields too much power. When my wife was first diagnosed with UC back in 2015 she was very unhelpful and she said you can't see the specialist for 3 months. Great when you are constantly bleeding.
