All the staff were friendly and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional nursing practices, regular observations carried out. Meals tasty with lots of choice ward clean and tidy. Many thanks.

Everybody who cared for me was wonderful, Sister Nicky and her team helped me through one of the worst times of my life.
They held my hand when I cried and encouraged me when I felt like I couldn't carry on.
I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

Communication between staff and patients could be better.
Example you ask the nurse something and she replies will be back in a "minute" sometimes she is back in 20 mins, sometimes she doesn't come back at all! No complaints about the care.

Aimee was brilliant nurse, she comfored me so much when I had my first panic attack.
