In the 3 wards I have had treatment on 30-03-17 I have found all staff to attentive and professional so I have no complaints.
I am concerned about having to move 3 wards over 5 days.
More staff needed to help these "poor" and overworked nurses who should be able to have more rest and be paid according to the wonderful work they do. I have just spent one day in this ward since my surgery last night and being an older lady I feel as if all of my needs were met. Most important to me was to be kept clean, without compromising my dignity by nurses who are smart, clean and ever so happy to look after me. Not one person was too busy to see to my needs. In my opinion our wonderful nurses should be paid in gold or at least according to their worth. Unlike our lazy MPs. I don't know how our nurses stay so lovely and bubbly whilst do such a professional job.
Every member of staff was extremely kind, patient and friendly. I felt like they had time for me and went above and beyond to make me feel human.

Nothing to be improved.
Staff all polite, friendly, professional, respectful and helpful - felt like I could ask anything and not feel stupid.
Could not recommend this unit enough. There were somewhat stressful situations during our time here, but staff did everything to reduce stress and keep me informed.
Will be eternally grateful for everything everyone has done for us all.
