I am very pleased with all the care and attention I have had in both ward I have been in, staff are very friendly.
They were efficient though very busy- especially when dealing with difficult patients.
I would appreciate more updates from the nurses- I know Dr's should do this but even basic questions were overlooked- at least in my room near nurses station. Also I tried to ask another nurse a question about the toilets and she told me I had to ask my room nurse. It's a ward toilet.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Urine monitoring- to save bothering busy people- I'd recommend giving 2-3 urine collection pots at a time for each user. I don't like to bother busy staff. I have a high frequency. Yet unless you ask, only 1 pot at a time. I wasn't clear at first that they wanted to monitor each individual urination for properties and amount.
Cheerful, most helpful, respectful staff wanting to do their best to reassure you, whilst carrying out their duties in a professional manner.
As this is my very first time as a patient in any hospital, sincere thanks to staff at all levels- truly first class, thanks for improvement.
Reminding elderly male staff to wash their hands after the bathroom.
Very apparent that may not doing so.
Several patients with chest complaints openly and regularly coughing heavily into the confined space of a ward.
The ward was pleasant, clean all the staff excellent, kind pleasant and mannerly! Always so busy.
You could relax to sleep with little noise.
The food was good.
Good. Nursing.
Food.
Not good.
Mixed ward.
The care once given is great but the waiting time is far too long. Children should have priority!
A water dispenser would be good especially as waiting times can be as 8 hrs.
Care was excellent, ladies very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
Always put you at ease.
The staff were lovely, very friendly and always greeted you with a smile.
Nothing you asked the staff was ever too much for them.
I feel an update from doctors in the afternoon, would be beneficial.
