The assistance I hand was second to none. I was kept informed at all times as to what was to happen which is always reassuring. I noted my other hip done and hope I am put on the same ward when that happens. Thank you. Improvements can be made, but to what?

I was never made to feel embarrassed when having an accident in the bad and the ladies helped me get cleaned up very quickly. I was never made to feel a nuisance and could ask as many questions as I needed. All of the staff have been fantastic, especially Gaynor Williams. Thank you everyone :-).

What went well: The girls couldn't do enough for me, whatever I needed they were more than happy to assist. The operation was wonderful, the after care was second to none. Even better if: Water to be checked more regularly. Assistance button to be in a place where I can always reach it.

The staff on the ward were very caring and helpful. You could not ask for anything else, and they would come to you and if you were in pain they would try to comfort you.
