Good points- staff very attentive.
Informative. Ward clean, toilet clean housekeeper introduced herself and welcoming to patient and relative.
All staff are caring, approachable.
Improvement- ward could be warm.
Food although there is a good choice of food the quality is relatively poor as a patient who is ill they need food that tempting and enjoyable.

The care my mother recieved was excellent in A.C.U and Eddy ward. The way the staff work they should be proud twice as much as they get and with such long hours there should be more staff on each ward to ease things for them and the patients.
