Diagnosed well bowel cancer in early june - chemo in 5 weeks in progress has been achieved through local decision making felt I have been fast treated. Decision should be made more locally. In my opinion to mind intervene by Welsh Government - decision made locally work.

Helpful, friendly, understanding staff. Menu- you need a toaster and smoked salmon, crab, steak etc!

Care was abolutely amazing!! Great help and suport couldn't ask for more!!! Only downfall was a bit slow at times.

Quality of caring was improved since my last visit (4years ago) as was quality and choice of food. Standards of cleanliness better and procedures largely observed. Big wait at beginning with as certainty of getting a bed.

Every member of staff always helped and asked if we needed anything. If they couldn't help at the time they would do it as soon as they could or get someone else as soon as. Temperature in ward was very warm.
