The team in surgery were very informative. Some confusion when back at ward - didn't understand who was who - ie nurses etc - some didn't hae their name tags and role on them. Uniform colours are quite confusing! The nurses/carers wearing the hospital uniforms were very caring. I didn't feel that the 'open' nurses were as caring. For future reference, as we came from quite a distance my partner was allowed to stay - but we had to keep asking advice, so it would be good to have a leaflet beforehand with advice and telephone number - saving wasting precious staff time with questions. Appreciate the use of signage in Welsh, but it would be great if you had more Welsh speaking staff members available.
