The ward was very clean and the staff are very friendly and the patient bed areas are kept nice and tidy. The only request would be for a nurse to do a quick round during visiting hours to chat with family members as although the patient's chart is available for perusal, sometimes a quick word with a nurse can answer any questions family might have or to put family at ease about any concerns.
