Overall happy with care, some things could have been better if family was informed regularly - more clothes more home aids if we knew he was lacking in things.
Suggested improvements
Conflicting communication. Did not see dad for 11 days as he was in isolation but had text message to say he had been transferred to care home.

Everyone cared for me as if I was their only patient even though there were other patients receiving just as much attention. All the staff were wonderful.
