I found it had changed. Was in before and they gave you the food you requested, cooked on site. Meals now come from Wales daily, surely this costs a lot. No control on heating system. Felt very little gluten free choice.

Individual care very good. Night time care 8.00 - 10.30 pm very noisy for two nights very good and quiet the other two nights.

Some of the nurses were very caring and helpful, listening, explaining and gentle.
Nearly all of the staff were very good and friendly and I leave a big thank you to everyone.
It cannot be easy for anybody to do the work they do.
I had my dressing gown lost, taken with bed linen in a deep clean. No one has spoken to me about it, although I have officially made a complaint.
I have been told conflicting information about someone coming to discuss my care package.
I still do not know what is happening.
