I have really enjoyed all the food here, the spicy food is a bit too spicy for me but all the rest is delicious.

All the care staff have been great with me, they listen to my needs.

All the staff have been wonderful since I’ve been in hospital. They are all jolly and polite and the food is lovely, it tastes nice and is served hot.

I don’t feel the staff can do much to improve as they all do their best.

All staff have been wonderful to me. They all work hard to please us.

I have a lot of allergies so the food has been a little difficult for me, but since they have more options for me now I am overall very happy with the food.

I feel that all the staff have been kind to me and have encouraged me.

I really enjoy the meals I have been given, the choices are ok. The food tastes nice and presented well on the plates.

All the staff have been so kind with me, nothing is too much trouble for them. They try their best to accommodate my needs which are always met.

The food has improved so much since I have been eating regular meals. I get what I asked for which is nice.

The care from the staff is outstanding, they can’t do enough for me and make sure I am comfortable all the time.

Food good, comfortable warm environment and kind helpful staff

Privacy is not something you get in hospital but where in stayed felt very crowded especially when visitors were there, not nice when feeling so unwell, I did have a few days where I felt embarrassed as I was so sick and the ladies around me had 3/4 visitors each the room felt small and I struggled to rest I felt terrible by the time they left at 8pm

I was comfortable and fed and watered very well, I was happy with the daily routine as far as meals and washing goes.

I think it would be hard to have the perfect stay in hospital, I did find it got very cold at night and the heating was controlled elsewhere, the staff are not allowed to control the air conditioning units but at night it was very cold.
